Bubbles of Light

We are always on the search for unique and glamorous lighting designs and we wanted to share with you our two favorites of the moment. Both artists are based out of Brooklyn, NY and create incredible hand made pieces that are worth obsessing about!

Our first obsession is with Jean Pelle and her Bubble Chandelier design. This fixture is made of a collection of hand-blown glass balls that are held together by cables that are wrapped in a woven twine. Available in 3 great sizes and prices at $350.00-$850.00; you can find one that fits every space and budget.

Our second obsession is with Lindsey Adelman’s custom hand-blown glass pendants. Her Knotty Bubble fixture, which she describes as “evocative of shipwrecked pirate’s treasure”, is made of hand-blown glass bound with knotted rope connecting the piece together. This fixture is fabulous for an entrance or above a dining table. We also love her 6-Globe Bubble lights. It is simple, chic and absolutely beautiful. Adelman’s pieces are available though Matter, Room and the Future Perfect.
