The Laurel
Open now and going until December 28th, The Laurel has opened it’s 2008 designer showcase sponsored by Hearst Magazines. We are already big fans of The Laurel, a condominium with 129 units, all of which are LEED certified and 10% of the material being used is harvested, manufactured or extracted within a 500 mile radius.
Now, there are 4 designer apartments on display, all of which are inspirational. We particularly love the “O at Home” apartment, which is designed by Darryl Carter. His innovative use of shelving in front of the windows create a comfortable and elegant dining room, with a traditional undertone to this modern dwelling. Take a trip to The Laurel located at 400 East 67th Street.
