Meat Packing District Design Friday, May 16- METROPOLITAN HOME PANEL DISC USSION Design Inspirations – A panel discussion and cocktail event moderated and hosted by Samantha Nestor, Metropolitan Home Special Projects Editor. Panelists include designers Benjamin Noriega – Ortiz, Jennifer Post, Carl D’Aquino and Kirsten Brant Location: Hotel Gansevoort Rooftop Loft, 1 8 Ninth Avenue May 16, 4 – 6pm, panel discussion begins at 4, followed by a cocktail reception from 5 – 6pm S aturday, May 17- RUBIN CHAPELLE- Presenting Brodie Neill- The internationally acclaimed young designer, Brodie Neill, presents three ultra contemporary designs in a solo exhibition focused on progressive, dynamic, seamless forms. AUTO- Watkins’ Box of Pinups- Inspired by photographer David Bailey’s box of pinups from 1965, Swedish illustrator Liselotte Watkins has created her own signature “box”.
