This craftsman is currently focusing on tables and stools. His signature with the tables is to have the legs or supports protrude through the glass, sometimes as much as 10 inches. This strengthens the visual concept of a turned-wood finial that has been zapped with a magnifying gun. The wood is sourced from downed trees, meticulously carved; air dried for 2 months and then finished, in either a natural matte or a quite-the-opposite, super, high-polished lacquer.
